Ingredients

1/2 ozReposado tequila
3/4 ozElderflower liqueur
1 ozRed grapefruit juice
3 ozSparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Chill a collins glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Strain over fresh ice into the chilled glass.
  5. Top with sparkling wine.
  6. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist and an edible flowers.
