Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
3/4 ozSweet vermouth
3 wedgePineapple
1 pieceOrange wedge

Instructions

  1. Chill a nick & Nora glass.
  2. Add pineapple, orange wedge to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with an orange peel twist and a pineapple wedge.
