Ingredients

3/4 ozAmontillado sherry
1 pieceMint leaves
1/2 ozApple juice
1 1/2 ozGin (honey and mint infused)
1/2 ozHoney syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf.
