Ingredients

2 ozBison grass vodka
1 inchCucumber
0.5 pieceKiwi
1 1/2 ozApple juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Add cucumber and kiwi to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with a kiwi slice.
