Ingredients

1 ozGin (celery infused)
1 1/2 ozMastiha liqueur
3/4 ozCelery juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with ground pepper and a celery stick.
