1 1/2 ozGrapefruit vodka
3/4 ozPink grapefruit juice
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
1 dashGrapefruit bitters
Instructions
- Chill a copita glass.
- Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
