Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
1/4 ozDry vermouth
1 ozElderflower liqueur
1 sprigRosemary sprig
3/4 ozPineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add rosemary sprig to a shaker and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
