Ingredients

1 3/4 ozGin
3/4 ozSweet vermouth
1 dashOrange bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. (Or if serving on-the-rocks, strain into ice-filled old-fashioned glass, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist.
