1/4 ozPastis
5 pieceMint leaves
3/4 ozLime juice
1/2 ozSimple syrup (2:1)

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a dried lime slice.
