Ingredients

2 ozOld Tom gin
1/2 ozDry vermouth
1/4 ozOlive brine
1 barspoonLime juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon peel twist and a green olives.
