Ingredients

1 ozBison grass vodka
1 ozVodka
1/2 ozBianco vermouth
2 inchCucumber
1 barspoonSimple syrup (2:1)
3 dropSaline solution 4:1

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add cucumber to a mixing glass and muddle gently.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to the mixing glass.
  4. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
