1 1/2 ozWhite rum
3 pieceGreen cardamom pods
1/2 ozLime juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup (2:1)
4 dashCardamom bitters
Instructions
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add green cardamom pods to a shaker and muddle gently.
- Add remaining ingredients to the shaker.
- Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
- Double strain into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lime peel twist.
