Ingredients

3/4 ozGinseng liqueur
3/4 ozElderflower liqueur
1 1/2 ozSparkling wine
1 1/2 ozClub soda

Instructions

  1. Fill a collins glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a cucumber slice.
