Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
1/2 ozTriple sec
1/2 ozLemon juice
1 barspoonOrange marmalade

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Stir marmalade with the gin in base of shaker until it dissolves.
  3. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  4. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Express the oils from an orange twist over the drink and discard.
  7. Garnish with an orange twist and a slice of toast.
