Ingredients

2 ozGin
3/4 ozBlood orange juice
3/4 ozLemon juice
3/4 ozHoney syrup

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. (If using honey rather than honey syrup then use 3 spoons of honey.).
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with an orange peel twist.
