Ingredients

1 1/2 ozVodka
1/2 ozPeach schnapps
1 1/2 ozPeach purée
3 dashPeach bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with either a peach wedge or an orange peel twist.
