Ingredients

1 1/4 ozOld Tom gin
2 1/2 ozDry vermouth
2 dashOrange bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  4. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Express the oils from a lemon twist over the drink.
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist.
