Ingredients

1 1/2 ozGin
1 1/2 ozBirch water
1 ozMastiha liqueur
3 pieceMint leaves
4 dashMint bitters

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add mint leaves to the glass and muddle gently.
  3. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
  4. Add ice and stir until well chilled (15–30 seconds).
  5. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a mint leaf.
