Ingredients

1 ozBrandy
1 ozDry vermouth
1/2 ozTawny port
1/4 ozWhite Crème de menthe
1 ozOrange juice
1/2 ozGrenadine

Instructions

  1. Chill a martini glass.
  2. Add all ingredients except port to a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until well chilled (about 10–15 seconds).
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Float port on top.
  6. Garnish with a mint leaf.
